Gallery Idol Try

Welcome and Happy Friday.  I decided to submit a card again this year for the Paper Crafts Gallery Idol contest.  The open audition round theme was Kid or Teen Birthday's.  Today they announced the Top 20 and sadly I was once again not chosen.
Okay I must admit to feeling a bit disappointed but at least I gave it a shot.  Do check out the cards made by the TOP 20 though and cheer them on.

Here is the card that I submitted.  I think it's pretty cute and hope you like it too.

Stamps from Unity-April Kit of the Month.
Card Stock:  SU and Die Cuts With a View.
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black and Copic Markers
Other: Bakers Twine, Punch (Martha Stewart)
Nestabilitie Dies, Gems, Glitter, Foam Mounting Tape.

Have a great weekend.

GREAT job on this GI entry, Ida! I think you already won half of the battle for the use of Panda image! Who doesn't love panda? The colors are darling! Superb craftsmanship! Hope that you continue to create and have fun!

Oh my goodness Ida...his is so dang cute! I love the colors that you used - so bright and so cheerful! Don't you just love the wee panda's smile?

This would definitely have been on my Top 20 list!

Oh, Ida, I am so sorry that they didn't chose you in the top 20... I know how you feel.
For me you are always in the very top of my favorite crafters and I am so lucky to have your cards in real life! I know how beautiful they are! Look at this cute panda bear. All the little details - blue eyes, tiny heart, pretty twine - absolutely adorable and so sweet!
