Happy Halloween - I Stamped!

Wow it's been AGES since I've stamped.  In fact it's been so long that when I went to use my Cuttlebug Machine I had actually forgotten what the "Sandwhich" menu was for using it and had to look it up on-line!  Now that is bad isn't it.

So what inspired me to get out my stamps and make a card....this adorable card that I received in the mail from Leslie Miller:

What a super wonderful surprise that was - Thank you so much Leslie.  I loved it.  -  So I wanted to send her a card back to show her how much I appreciated her sweet card.  This is what I came up with:  I hope she likes it.

Stamps: Inkadinkado
Paper: Stampin' Up!
Card Stock: SU
Punch - Martha Stewart
Brads - Queen & Company
Prisma Colored Pencils & Gamsol
Bakers Twine.

It was fun stamping again although I felt a bit "rusty" at it so I guess that means I should get my stamps out more often.  Already thinking of Christmas ideas...best get started too because it will be here before we're ready.

  1. Oh, Ida, I'm glad you liked the card! I just had to send you a kitty, of course. I received yours, as well, and it is so cute and fun! Love the stamp as well as the papers and the spider web border. I really need a spider web die. You'd think I'd have one what with ALL the dies I have. Thanks so much for dusting off your stuff to make a very special card for me. Hope Halloween was great in your neighborhood. Our doorbell rang only once. We just don't get a lot here.

  2. I'm sure she will appreciate your pretty card. I haven't done much stamping, either, but hope to find more time for it, I miss keeping in touch that way.
