For starters I got to use 2 brand new items. The stamps I used are from There She Goes - Love Birds set which I recently purchased. What a sweet and cute little set.
Next up I used these on my card:
Yep, I made a big purchase (more on the way) with good old plastic money. Why...because they were such a good bargain I couldn't pass it up. I found them here: Along with the great discount on the Price I also received Free Shipping and an extra 15% off the price on this order and 10% on my 2nd order. So while they are spendy I saved a bundle and just couldn't pass it up.
Okay please don't be to hard on me regarding the coloring because believe me I have a LONG WAY to go in my Copic coloring skills but we all have to start somewhere, right? So without further ado here is my card:
Stamps: There She Goes - Love Birds
Card Stock: Real Red, Tempting Turquoise.
Designer Paper: My Mind's Eye - Love Me Do line.
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Copic Markers - Sorry I didn't write down the numbers I used.
Copic Spica Glitter Pen
Paper Piercing Tool
Ribbon: Heidi Grace designs
Photo corner Punch: EK Success
Heart Gems: Hero Arts

ReplyDeleteIda,
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the world of Copics. They are fabulous and most importantly - FUN! I think your coloring is great. You'll get more comfortable with shading over time. If an opportunity comes up - go to a class. It really does help. Using them is not always intuitive.
