Paper Players Sketch #530

Hello & Welcome

Today I'm sharing a card for the Paper Players Sketch Challenge #530.

I always seem to be just getting my cards in under the wire for the deadline but at least I've accomplished something.

I started this card twice today but once again a "boo-boo" with the stamp not stamping all the way down made me have to alter my plans just a little for the card.

So here is my take on the sketch:

I actually like the alteration of my original card.

Card Stock: Old Olive, Crumb Cake & Whisper White (SU)
Stamps: Sentiment is from The Craft Lounge - Shamrock Blessings
Hat - Rubberstampede - Leprechaun Hat
Paper - Source Unknown - Purchased at JoAnn's many years ago.  I only had one small piece and ended up having to cover the boo-boo in the corner with the extra piece of olive card stock.
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Prisma Color Pencils,
Gamsol, Blending Stump
Glitter - Key Lime (Art Institute)
Quickie Glue Pen, Gold Gel Pen
Die: Hero Arts

  6. Your card looks terrific to me -- I like that you popped up the hat, as it adds detail and a focal point. I also LOVE the wooden frame die

  7. I love the hat stamp!! What a great sentiment, too. Maybe this year I'll mail the one St. Pat's card I made last year. I cannot keep up with the occasions!
