3CT34 - A Ghostly Treat For You
Welcome to this weeks 3CT Challenge (Treat Holders) for Fall or Halloween. Now I'm a HUGE fan of Halloween so of course I had to do something Halloween related. I'm not such a big fan of creating non-card type items. (Just not my thing) but I decided to give it a go anyway. So I did some searching and found this fun little Rice Krispie Treat Holder here and decided to try it out.
I printed the template out on Basic Gray cs and cut it out. The great thing is the template prints 2 treat holders per sheet of paper. Next I measured and cut out pieces of the Cast-a-Spell DP to cover the box. Then I colored this adorable Girl Ghost and Pumpkin from Our Craft Lounge Ghostly Greeting Stamp set. Images colored with Prisma Colored Pencils. I highlighted the ghost with Frosted Lace Stickles. I've included a couple of views of the treat holder so you can get an idea of what it looks like put together. The hard part was finding those little Rice Krispies Treats and then not eating them!
Be sure to stop over on Kerry's Blog and the other DT members to see what fun "Treats" they have in store for you and then give it a try yourself.
