Hello & Welcome. - I've been absent for a couple of weeks from stamping because I had a bout of "winter blahs" and just didn't feel inspired to stamp at all.
Today I finally got out of the house and was able to drive around town without fear of ice/snow making it hard for me to drive. - I was inspired to get out my stamps and create again. Hooray!
Joining Freshly Made Sketches #473
Below is the card I created using this sketch.
Designer Paper: Echo Park - Flamingos (Item#BS182004)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black and Flirty Flamingo
Stamp Set: Friendly Flamingo
Flamingo Dies - Both SU products.
Other: Basic Black Marker & White Gel Pen (to color beak)
Foam Mounting Tape
Blender Pen - I colored the accent on the wing with a blender pen & the Flirty Flamingo ink pad.
Come back soon as I have another card to share for a different challenge. - Have a great day & stay safe and warm if you are still in the "deep freeze" zones.
LOVE IT LOVE IT
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun card! All put together beautifully! Thank you for playing at Freshly Made Sketches!
ReplyDeleteI was wondering if you got hit with some of that extreme weather. I know how good it is to get out. Your card certainly speaks of beautiful days in the warm weather! Cute mix of papers with the die cut flamingo. A few days ago I bought my first ever flamingo stamp. Now I wonder if I was channeling you at the time, hmmmm.
